About
Diana Wemhoff, FNP, has been a nurse practitioner since 1994. She was a registered nurse for over twenty years when she became interested in becoming a nurse practitioner. Diana spent time mentoring a friend and it inspired her to take on a new challenge.
Diana enjoys being able to treat the whole person, focusing on personal as well as medical issues. Sometimes the patient’s physical symptoms are caused by something going on at home and understanding the complete picture is part of healing her patients.
Diana’s training as an RN taught her compassion when dealing with her patients and she loves that they often brighten her day. She treats common medical problems in collaboration with a medical doctor, specializing in chronic disease and diabetes care. Diana enjoys teaching her patients new ways to improve the quality of their lives once they head home. Often personal challenges can be addressed in her office by introducing a patient to new resources.
